San Francisco County e-Filing Mandate

Starting Monday December 8th, San Francisco County will be a mandatory e-File county. ABC Legal can provide e-Filing for you via the court’s own web portal until February when our own provider run portal becomes active.
ABC will e-File in San Francisco for all customers that we are currently e-Filing for in Orange County and e-Filing fees will remain the same. All statutory fees will be advanced and charged to your orders directly.
At this time the following document types will still be filed in person at the courthouse:
- Summons and Complaint
- Request for Default and Default Judgment Packets
- Abstract of Judgment
- Writ of Execution
All other subsequent documents are expected to be e-Filed. Please note that proposed orders MUST be submitted in Word format and all courtesy copy local rules are still in effect. Courtesy copies must be dropped in the appropriate department no later than 1:30PM on the business day following the submission of the file electronically.
