A six-sigma expert, Tim leads process improvement initiatives at ABC Legal, integrating technology with operations to benefit our customers in unique ways. 

Prior to ABC Legal, Tim took a hands-on approach as director of business process improvement, group finance manager, customer support program manager, distribution strategy analyst, and financial applications administrator with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Whole Foods Markets, and Level 3 Communications. 

Tim graduated with honors from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Biology and Japanese. He earned an MBA at The American Graduate School of International Management, graduating second in his class.

Chief Technology Officer

Brandon has a long career of innovating technical solutions in digital platforms with a focus on cloud-based software. Before becoming CTO at ABC Legal Services, Brandon worked as the CEO of Docketly, Technical Leader for Blue Jeans Network, Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, Owner of Orion Software Development, and Director of Product Development at Latitude Communications.

Brandon earned a BSCmpE in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Officer

Steve got his start in the industry in 1983 by working his way through college as a messenger and process server at ABC Legal. Steve helped launch ABC Legal’s successful PFI brand in 1994 and has overseen the expansion into California. Steve has played a significant role in growing annual revenues of $12M in 2001 to more than $100M in 2019. 

Steve earned an MBA in Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business from the University of Washington.

Chief Financial Officer

Kelsey has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2013. She spent the first six years of her career in public accounting, working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young in the technology, biotechnology, semiconductor, aerospace and defense, and food service industries. Before joining ABC Legal, she was the Controller at Pro.com, a Seattle start-up in the construction industry. Kelsey has experience improving and scaling processes and procedures within organizations in high-growth development stages.

Kelsey earned her Masters and BA in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Chief Revenue
Officer

As ABC Legal’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to success. Leveraging her extensive background in sales and marketing, Amanda has received awards for her work in creating unique strategies and solutions to best suit clients’ changing needs. Prior to ABC Legal, Amanda spent 14 years in the pharma/biotech space and, most recently, was the Head of Global Marketing and Sales for a Silicon Valley-based digital health company.

Amanda earned a BA in Mass Communications and Advertising from the University of West Florida and Auburn University.

Robert’s role focuses on the service fulfillment process and on improving the overall quality of our product offerings and the successful resolution of orders. Robert has been part of the ABC Legal team for over 10 years and in the legal industry for over 15 years. 

Robert earned a BA in Business from Cal State Hayward - College of Business & Economics.

Nick optimizes the experience of ABC Legal customers to create Raving Loyal Fans and generates strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Nick earned his degree in Business from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Officer

Joe joined ABC Legal in 2019 to revitalize employee experience, human resources, recruitment, and payroll. Joe has a history of tenaciously attracting top talent, having successfully recruited industry leaders in finance, marketing, education, and philanthropy. His ownership of employee benefits has saved both employers and employees over $20M since 2016 while incurring zero loss in coverage for employees and zero increase in cost to employers for five years running. 

Before joining ABC Legal, Joe oversaw human resources for The Geneva Foundation and Cornish College of the Arts, where he implemented diversity and inclusion programs for military personnel, resolved decades-long labor disputes, and devised market-driven compensation strategies.  

Joe earned a BA in English Literature from Central Washington University and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI. 

General Counsel,
Vice President of Compliance

A practicing attorney since 2009, Alexander serves as corporate secretary for the MIT Enterprise Forum NW and board member of the Seattle Good Business Network. Alexander has assisted ABC Legal throughout his career as an attorney and process improvement specialist and was integral in the design and development of the ABC Mobile application and compliance standards.

Alexander received his J.D. from the University of Oregon with a Certificate in Intellectual Property and earned a BA in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington. 

Vice President of Marketing

With a 10-year background in enterprise SaaS platform marketing, Aaron leads ABC Legal marketing, working closely with product, sales, and partner teams to showcase the depth and breadth of value ABC Legal offers. Bringing together design, content, web and email automation and development, Aaron is leading the charge in marketing to find new opportunities and grow ABC Legal's market share.

Aaron earned a BA in Advertising from Washington State University's Edward R. Murrow College of Communication.

Director of International Customer Success

Karen is no stranger to commitment and direction. Her long history with ABC Legal has led to extensive leadership experience on multiple teams within the company. She is often the receiver of praise and respect among peers and clients for her drive to provide service first.

Karen earned a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington.

Anthony brings 15+ years of experience in customer service and operational leadership to ABC Legal. His focus on customer-centric strategies and problem-solving ensures strong client relationships and exceptional service. Anthony’s commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs drives great customer experiences. 

Anthony earned a degree in Business Management from Sacramento State University.

Director of Process Server Dispatch & Onboarding

Mindy brings 5+ years of experience in recruiting management to ABC Legal’s service of process talent discovery. Mindy expertly leads her team and forms strong bonds with authenticity and trust.

Mindy earned a degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Director of Fulfillment

Kimberlee’s experience with ABC Legal ranges from managing order entry to fulfillment and beyond. Her expertise makes every aspect of operations more efficient, ensuring ABC Legal has the highest quality.

Kimberlee graduated summa cum laude from Purdue Global University with a BS in Psychology with a focus in Addictions.

Director of Contractor Recruiting

With over 12 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and project management, JP leads contractor recruitment at ABC Legal, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives. Before joining ABC Legal in September 2024, he held leadership roles at PitchBook, Amazon, and TEKsystems, where he developed and optimized recruitment processes across various teams.

JP earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Scrum Master (CSM).

As Director of Sales Enablement at ABC Legal, Nadya leverages her ten years in the legal space to provide new clients with a seamless experience identifying ways to help improve efficiencies and save money. Her leadership includes guiding the enterprise sales and onboarding teams and overseeing critical government contracts. Nadya’s expertise is backed by an ABA-approved Paralegal certification, reflecting her dedication to the field and maintaining professional standards.

Originally from Russia, Nadya has embraced the Pacific Northwest since 2005. Her international background enriches her approach, making her an invaluable asset to ABC Legal and our diverse clientele.

Tyler's years of account management experience with ABC Legal have equipped him with the skills to recognize stakeholder requirements and communicate clearly. Tyler continues to build strong bonds with all of ABC Legal's customers and ensures on-time deliverables.

Heather brings over eight years of experience in program and project management, product marketing, and team leadership to her role managing ABC Legal's marketing team. Organized and creative, she uses her curiosity and analytical mindset to drive progress and increase team efficiencies. Heather is known for focusing on what her team needs to thrive, creating an environment that empowers others to succeed. 

Heather earned a BA in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Assistant Director of Digital Fulfillment

With over a decade of dedicated service at ABC, Kirsten has advanced from an entry-level operations position to overseeing all digital fulfillment, including electronic filing and retrieval. Her expertise lies in crafting and refining workflows to ensure all documents are filed and served as efficiently as possible. Kirsten's commitment to operational excellence consistently improves our customers' experience and our internal processes.

Kirsten earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.

Assistant Director of Physical Fulfillment

Ashley brings over nine years of industry experience to ABC Legal's Physical Fulfillment team. She excels at optimizing process server efficiency and leverages strong communication skills to collaborate with account managers, vendors, and court support to ensure timely service.

With a career journey marked by reaching the role of Director of Operations in her previous company and managing teams globally, Ashley consistently delivers exceptional results.

Manager of IT

Sam is focused on bringing a top-quality IT experience to everyone at ABC Legal by balancing technology and user accessibility. By blending experience as both in-house and as a member of an outsourced IT team, Sam's philosophy is to strike a balance between customer service and IT leadership by empowering the IT Team at ABC Legal to operate at a high level every day. Sam's teams are always seeking to improve and adapt to new technologies without losing sight of the importance of people. 

Sam is ITIL Foundation certified and studied Information Technology at Rutger's University.

Manager of
Customer Support

With 16 years of work in customer experience, including 11 years in leadership roles, Mirnalis brings a wealth of expertise to ABC Legal. She previously managed and oversaw operations for a call center that served clients such as T-Mobile, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, and Cloud5. In her role at ABC Legal, Mirnalis focuses on enhancing team performance, optimizing processes, and implementing solutions that address customer issues while improving overall service quality.

Mirnalis earned a degree in Communications from Sagrado Corazon University.

Product Manager

Matt focuses on the success of ABC’s process server software suite. He started at ABC Legal in 2017 and has held a variety of roles throughout the operations departments. He brings experience in the aerospace and medical industries with a focus on process design to continue improvements for ABC Legal.

Matt earned a BS in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University.

Manager of HR

Anto Zito is a Human Resources Manager at ABC Legal. With a background in communications and a passion for connecting with others, her talent for building strong teams and driving performance stems from her experience in talent management, employee relations, and business operations. Anto brings both practical knowledge and technical expertise to her role. She is dedicated to helping others grow, fostering interpersonal connections, and continually pushing towards improvements in HR.

Anto earned an AA in Social Sciences from Porterville College, a BA in Communication from the University of North Dakota, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from DeVry University.
