This week, ABC Legal Services, LLC, the leading nationwide provider of legal document delivery, commonly known as service of process, announced the issuance of US Patent No. 11,908,027. This patent, titled "Digital Delivery of Legal Process," covers methods and systems that enable recipients to electronically receive documents and accept service of process.

The issuance of the patent makes ABC Legal the exclusive holder of this invention. In states where it is offered, service recipients will have the opportunity to electronically review and accept documents while ensuring compliance with laws governing service of process. The company will apply the patent through its eDelivery™️ product, which includes access to its proprietary Secure Service Portal™️.
