This patent, titled "Digital Delivery of Legal Process," covers methods and systems that enable recipients to electronically receive documents and accept service of process.
The issuance of the patent makes ABC Legal the exclusive holder of this invention. In states where it is offered, service recipients will have the opportunity to electronically review and accept documents while ensuring compliance with laws governing service of process.
