ABC Legal Named Partner of the Year by Midland Credit Management

ABC Legal was proud to be named "Partner of the Year" by Midland Credit Management, a subsidiary of Encore Capital, at the 2019 National Creditor's Bar Association Conference in Minneapolis, MN.

Steve Carrigan (CEO), Tim Dinehart (COO), Tiana Metcalf (CFO), and Hunter Hoestenbach (GC, CCO) were present to accept the recognition.

The team cited 3 keys that separated ABC Legal from other vendors:

1. Increased service rate. Midland identified service rate as a key performance indicator and ABC made it a mission to outperform in each of Midland's 'champion challenger' competitions. 
2. Faster, better customer service. Response time and response quality to Midland's case inquiries improved during the past year under the oversight of account manager, Lisa Noda.
3. Data-driven collaboration. ABC shared our analysis of thousands of filing and service details with the Midland to enable changes and improvements to their legal process.
