About Alexander Theoharis
Alexander, General Counsel and VP of Compliance at ABC Legal, has been a practicing attorney since 2009. He serves as the corporate secretary for the MIT Enterprise Forum NW and as a Seattle Good Business Network board member. Throughout his career, Alexander has been a pivotal member of the ABC Legal team, contributing as both an attorney and a process improvement specialist. He played a vital role in designing and developing the ABC Mobile application and compliance standards.
Alexander graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice and received his J.D. from the University of Oregon with a Certificate in Intellectual Property.
