From October 8–10, the Bellagio in Las Vegas was the place to be for attorneys involved in mass tort and class action litigation. This event brought together 1,700 professionals from all 50 states to share ideas and resources.
Mass Torts Made Perfectprovided three major insights for legal professionals.
First, it offered a glimpse into the latest trends in mass tort litigation and strategies for adapting them to emerging cases.
Second, attendees enjoyed valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders and potential collaborators, essential for growing professional connections.
Third, the event underscored the importance of integrating technology and data analytics into one's legal practice to manage cases and represent clients more effectively. The overarching message was clear: the mass tort landscape constantly evolves, and staying ahead requires continual learning and innovation.
MTMP attendees included various legal professionals, from experienced attorneys specializing in mass torts to paralegals, legal secretaries, marketing experts, and service providers.
Whether participants were enhancing their understanding of mass torts or looking to expand their professional networks, all were actively engaged in broadening their expertise and forming new connections.
A notable takeaway from MTMP was the number of attendees who had transitioned into mass torts from other legal specialties, bringing varied backgrounds and unique perspectives from their experiences in different states and areas of law.
For many attendees, this was their first introduction to ABC Legal. They learned how our online platform and real-time, data-backed updates streamline service of process. Many acknowledged using a patchwork of providers for in-state and out-of-state service of process, highlighting the need for a more unified approach.
Las Vegas set the perfect stage for both formal and informal networking. From engaging panel discussions to casual conversations sparked by the city's lively energy, professionals made meaningful connections.
The balance of professional development and entertainment made the event informative and fun. Ultimately, MTMPallowed legal professionals to refine their skills, expand their networks, and advance their careers in a fast-changing mass tort environment.

TLU Live Vegas 2024provided attendees with a four-day immersive session held from October 16–19 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event provided strategic insights to help trial attorneys enhance their skills, with input from dozens of top-ranked trial lawyers.
One of the standout themes at TLU Live Vegas was the potential growth in niche areas of law, particularly in injury-related vaccine cases.
Attorneys predicted that these traditionally specialized sectors could see significant expansion in 2025. Hearing how legal practices might evolve to meet the increasing demand in these emerging fields was exciting.
Another major topic at TLU Live was the transformative role of artificial intelligence in the legal industry. From summarizing depositions to combing through medical records, AI is revolutionizing how law firms operate, enabling them to work more efficiently and at a larger scale.
Many vendors and speakers at the event highlighted the growing presence of AI in the legal world, noting that it's an undeniable force that will reshape the industry moving forward.
TLU Live attendees primarily came from small to medium-sized law firms nationwide, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Attorneys praised the range of speakers and the in-depth content.
The event covered everything from opening statements and uncovering hidden insurance coverage to exposing defense lies and pinpointing strategies for scaling your firm.
