Robert Markoff

Attorney and Partner at Markoff Law LLC, Robert Markoff has a deep understanding of the legal collection practice. He has a B.A. in Sociology earned with high honors from the University of Illinois and received his J.D., Law from DePaul University. He has experience as Founding President for the Illinois Creditors bar Association, a Chair on the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and a member of the Risk Management Committee on the Executive Boards of the Northeast Illinois Council, BSA. Markoff has a vested interest in developing educational content to improve public opinion of collection attorneys.
Alexander Theoharis
General Counsel and VP of Compliance at ABC Legal Services
Alexander obtained his B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of Oregon with a certificate in Intellectual Property. Contributing significantly to the development and design of the ABC Legal mobile app and has also worked with Gravity Payments, Bookr, Inc., and MIT Enterprise Forum NW.Organized and innovative, Theoharis specializes in providing legal and corporate council with an eye towards intellectual property and process improvements.
David Tommer
National Director of Collections at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co.
David joined Weltman in 2003 after spending 25 years managing the collections and risk operations of some of the largest financial institutions in the country. He is a graduate of Cuyahoga County Community College and obtained his Six Sigma Green Belt CMMC in 1998. He is a member of the NCBA and formerly served as President of the Northern Ohio Credit Association. Tommer has experience developing strategic recovery plans and drives efficiencies through communication and process improvement.
