- Instructions - In the "Instructions" section, you may find special handling requests, as well as notifications regarding upcoming or overdue attempts. It is essential to review this section daily, as updates may be made following ABC's manual review, providing specific guidance on required information or attempts.
- Customer Requirements - If a customer has specific requests regarding the handling of a job, these will be listed under the "Vary Your Attempts" section. These requests should be followed with the same diligence as court requirements. Failure to follow these requirements may result in a transgression.
