Understanding Fee Check and eCheck Processing for Subpoena Orders
Some subpoena orders may require advance payment for witness fees or document production. This advance payment may be provided through one of the following methods:
✉️ Physical Check
For some subpoena orders, the documents and check may need to be physically mailed to you. If this requirement applies to a job, it will be marked as "In Transit" in ABC Mobile.
💵 eCheck
For some subpoena orders, you may receive an eCheck attached to the service documents.
What is a Printable eCheck?
Printable eChecks are simply regular checks that you can send and receive in just seconds using email and print instantly. There’s no additional software or technology required and anyone with an email address and a printer can receive and print an eCheck.
💡 eChecks are exactly like traditional paper checks that can be deposited at banks, ATM's or using a mobile banking app. Each check contains the same elements as a traditional check including routing number, account number, signature line, amount paid, payee and check number.
