Payment Schedule
Complete Job = A job that has been resolved in ABC Mobile, either non-served or served, and a proof has been returned back to ABC via the method requested.
For physical checks, if the 1st/16th falls on a holiday or weekend, the checks will be mailed out the following business day.
↩️ Returned Payments
Direct Deposit
If your Direct Deposit gets returned from your bank, an ABC Support Specialist will reach out requesting a new EFT form to be submitted.
If one is not submitted, a check will be issued out on the next available date (1st or 16th).
Physical Check
If your check gets returned back to ABC due to an invalid address, an ABC Support Specialist will reach out to confirm a good address.
If a good address is not provided, ABC will not be able to re-issue out the check.
Payment Methods
💳 Direct Deposit
You have the option to receive your payment from ABC Legal via Direct Deposit (EFT form). This is the fastest and most convenient payment method.
Direct deposit payments are issued out every business day, excluding bank-observed holidays.
✉️ Check
You have the option to receive your payment from ABC Legal via a physical check mailed to the address we have on file.
A physical check is cut and mailed out on the 1st and 16th of each month or, if that day is a weekend or holiday, on the first business day following and will be mailed to the address the accounting team has on file for you. Checks typically take 3-5 business days to arrive in the mail.
