      An Overview of In-Transit Jobs and What They Involve

      What Are in Transit Jobs?

      These are jobs that need to be printed by an ABC office and mailed to your address. 

      Still needing more information? Check out International and Original Documents. 

      ⚠️ Exception: If you request to reject a job after accepting it, Process Server Support will place it in "In Transit" for you to reject the job in ABC Mobile. 

      These will not classify as jobs that are being printed and mailed by an ABC Office. 

      I Have Received the Documents—What Are the Next Steps?

      If the documents have to be mailed to you, only tap the received button in app after you have received them. Selecting received before documents arrive will start the attempt timer and cause the job to go overdue.
