Signature Capture in ABC Mobile

Did you know ABC Mobile includes a Signature Capture feature? This optional tool makes it easy to collect servee signatures, to meet legal requirements, and streamline your service workflow—right from your device.

What Is a Servee Signature Capture?

The Servee Signature capture feature allows you to:

  • Easily Capture Signatures: Request and record a servee's signature seamlessly within ABC Mobile. 
  • Attach Signatures to Proofs: The collected signature is automatically saved and displayed as a thumbnail image on the Proof of Service.
  • Ensure Security: Signature data is securely protected within ABC Mobile, keeping your device and records safe.

How It Works

Step 1: Open the Signature Tool

  1. Tap the More button (three dots) located at the bottom-right corner of the Order Details page.
  2. Select “Signature” (Third option in the menu).

Step 2: Capture the Signature

  • Hold your device with the screen facing the servee or hand the device to the servee for signing. 

Step 3: Confirm the Signature and Retrieve Your Device 

  • Once the servee signs and taps Submit, retrieve your device and tap Done and wait for confirmation. 


Step 4: Submit the Signature

  • Another message will appear: “Your signature is being submitted.”
  • Wait for the system to process the submission.

Step 5: Return to Order Details

  • Once the signature has been successfully submitted, you’ll see a final message confirming submission.
  • You’ll be automatically returned to the Order Details page.

Track Signature Events in the History Tab

Once a signature is captured, the event is automatically logged in the History tab of the job order. Here, you can:

  • Verify the Event: Confirm the signature was successfully captured.
  • Review Details: See the date, time, and status of the capture for your records.

This makes it easy to keep track of all signature-related activities within the job order.
