      Submitting a Drop Service

      How to Submit a Drop Service in ABC Mobile

      In the event that you are able to Drop Serve at an address, here's how you can log it in ABC Mobile!

      How to Log a Drop Service in ABC Mobile 

      1. Select "Served". 
      2. Select which type of service it was (personal or substitute). 
      3. "Was Service Accepted?" - Select "Tried to Refuse Service". 
      4. "Tried to Refuse Service By?"  - Select what applies.
      5. "Tried to Refuse Service Because?" - Select what applies.
      6. "Did You Leave the Documents?" - Select "Documents left, seen by subject".

      ⚠️ If the documents were not left, unseen by the subject OR you did not leave the documents, this will not be considered a valid service and may be invalidated by ABC.
