      How to Submit Refusal of Service in ABC Mobile

      In the event that you are not able to Drop Serve due to State or Customer requirements, here's how you can log the refusal in ABC Mobile! 

      How to Log a Refusal in ABC Mobile

      If service is not permitted due to state or customer restrictions:

      1. Select "Attempted". 
      2. "Who Did You Speak With?" - Select what applies.
      3. "What Did They Say?"  - Select "Service not permitted". 

      Make sure to include as many details as possible when logging "Service Not Permitted."
