Tags are visible on some orders to help you identify special requirements or serve as reminders, ensuring you stay on top of your work. Orders may have multiple tags.
Tag Guide
- New: Helps process servers identify recently claimed or dispatched orders.
- Rush: Indicates orders that pay extra and require an attempt within 24 hours of claiming, and every 24 hours thereafter.
- Subpoena: Helps process servers plan routes efficiently. Some subpoena orders require service to businesses, so check business hours to ensure timely delivery.
- Overdue: A red Overdue tag means attempts have not been made on time. This requires urgent attention, and an attempt must be made as soon as possible.
- Alt Serve: Under certain circumstances, alternative service methods may be used instead of personal service. This includes substitute service or posting of documents. Be sure to check order details for specifications.
