      Order Service of Process with Witness Fee

      Choose to advance the witness fee upfront or mail your order with the check to have your documents served.

      We offer two options for placing an order with a witness fee check. You can choose between requesting to advance the fee upfront when you place your online order or mailing the check and documents.

      Payment Options for Witness Fees

      Online Order with Advance Payment Request

      If you prefer for us to advance the fee upfront, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the order placement page or log into your ABC Legal Account and begin by uploading your documents and providing details of the party being served.
      2. When you get to filling out the party's information, you will see a field that will say, "Physical Description / Helpful Notes". You must clearly state your request for an advance payment of the witness fee. Be sure to include the amount and any relevant details.

      Once you submit your order, our support team will review and confirm the request before the service is dispatched to a process server. We will then charge the card on hand for the additional fee amount.

      Note: We charge an additional service fee for advancing the payment. 

      Mail Order with Documents and Witness Fee Check

      If you prefer to mail the witness fee check and documents, follow these steps:
