If you are an existing ABC Legal customer who would like to add our app to your Litify Matters instance, please email litifysupport@abclegal.com with the contact information for your Litify System Administrator and an email address we can use to authorize the API integration. In most instances, this will be a unique email provided by your Litify System Administrator specifically for the purpose of integration.

Our team will work with your Litify System Administrator to ensure proper setup and installation of the Salesforce Managed Package on your Litify Instance.

If you are not yet an ABC Legal customer and would like to get the best service of process experience in the industry, right from your Lifity instance, schedule a consultation with one of our service of process experts. We'll work with your team to ensure a smooth process!

ABC Legal is integrated with your Litify Matters. 

You can place orders for service of process directly from your Matter in Litify using existing Matters, Roles, and Documents.

After the order associated with your Matter is placed, you'll start getting updates in your Case Actitivies and see the associated invoices and proof of service (when it's available) in Matter Documents.

If you need to do more, you can always access additional actions in your ABC Legal account by following the link to your Matter's Case Details page.

After your order is placed, you'll receive an invoice listing out the order based on your account's terms and preferences. You can pay invoices in your ABC Legal account by credit card or ACH (bank transfer). 

Service of process pricing ranges from state to state due to local requirements. However, ABC Legal offers flat rate pricing in a state; there aren't additional fees or charges for "rural" or "abnormal" delivery addresses.
