All you need are the documents you want us to deliver and basic information about to who you need served, including their name and the address where you think we can reach them. If you're having legal documents delivered, make sure you submit the signed copy from the court, where required by law.
After documents are successfully delivered, we provide you with proof of service. It will be available as a PDF in your account as soon as it's ready (our process servers sometimes sign on-site at the time of delivery). If your state requires a physical proof of service, we'll mail that to you.
If, for whatever reason, we were unable to make the delivery, we'll provide you with a return of non-service, declaring that we were unable to provide service in accordance to local laws.
In that case, your options are to provide another address for us to attempt service at, or you may need to seek legal counsel regarding alternative methods of service of process, which require court approval to perform.
If your concern is about a particular order you've already placed, simply log in to your account, navigate to the Case Details page associated with the case (search for it using the Case Reference ID provided by email) and below your documents, use the message tab to start a conversation with our team.
